FITHop is a dance fitness class structured for adults of all fitness backgrounds. FITHoppers can expect that extra push for a fun and energizing workout.  Get ready for an hour of cardio and watch time fly while sweating off calories, building strength, and toning muscles. Let FITHop be the one to find your fitness!!!

FITHop includes high energy, cardio based classes that incorporate strength training and confidence building, all set to today's favorite music hits. You don't need to be experienced in dance to learn these moves. All we ask is that you let loose a little while we challenge your mind.  FITHop thrives on uplifting it's students and promoting exercise through dance, all by an easy to follow, fun class layout.

Jenna Lynn

Owners and Creators

Jenna Lynn and Kristopher Garcia came up with the idea for FITHop in September of 2016. The couple had always been passionate about fitness and getting involved in their community.

Jenna has over 20 years of dance experience, with 8 years in teaching and choreographing. She earned her Bachelor's degree in dance at CSUS, and spent four seasons dancing for the Sacramento King's Dance Team.

Kris is an RN at Shriners Hospital, entrepreneur and long term fitness advocate. He is a previous competitor in physique competitions and continues to share his knowledge in health and fitness.

The dynamic duo were inspired to create FITHop by bringing their worlds of dance, fitness, and health together and providing a fun atmosphere for people to get healthy and fit. They pride themselves on a judgement free environment where people can enjoy exercise and feel good about themselves by dancing and getting into shape.


Lisa Byrnes

Lisa has been dancing for 18 years. She started her Freshman year in high school when she joined the drill team. She also performed with her high school cheer and competitive cheer squads. While dancing at Sierra College in 2005, she helped start the Dance Club in order to promote performing arts and build a better dance program. In 2008 she went to Hollywood to audition for a job with Tokyo Disneyland, which landed her a 2009 summer contract for 7 months. She relocated to Tokyo to be a face character performing in meet and greets and parades.

When Lisa came back home she set dance aside for a while and started running. She has ran 5 Half Marathons and one Full Marathon. As much as she enjoys running, her heart always leads her back to dance. She has always been in the best shape when she is dancing. To her it's a form of exercise that doesn't feel like working out because she loves and enjoys it so much.
